Look, I've been there...I was pregnant with my first baby and I knew I was going to breastfeed him. I knew that moms have done it since the dawn of time and I was committed! Well turned out there were a lot of things I did (and the hospital did) that really messed things up in the beginning. There was a lot I didn't know and I really struggled to breastfeed my baby and had to scramble for help.
After my birth unfolding completely different from my "plans" and then hit with breastfeeding challenges, I decided that no Mom should ever feel so swept away by the system and lost in their journey...so here I am, 16 years later ready to share with you everything I wish I had...and more! As a Certified Lactation Consultant with 14+ years helping families and 5 nurslings of my own there isn't much I haven't seen or supported Moms through!

When does this course Start & End?
The class modules, handouts and manual will populate in the student portal on Monday October 28th 2024 and has no end date. You can watch the modules at your own pace and revisit them as needed. No need to adjust your schedule or drive anywhere. As soon as you purchase, you will be given instant access to the course portal and all the content will arrive on 10/28/24
How is this course delivered?
All lessons are accessed through the Embrace Learning Hub online. The private community is on Facebook and our weekly support group calls will be on ZOOM.
Why should I invest in a breastfeeding class?
Welcoming a child (whether your first or your fifth, like me!) is one of the most important experiences in a parent's life. By investing in a breastfeeding class, you are investing in the knowledge, tools, and practical skills you need to do everything in your power to make it the best experience possible for you and your little one.
Those first few hours and days are critical and being prepared, as well as having support can really make a difference in your journey.

How long will I have access to the class?
Your purchase includes lifetime access to all course content as well as any revisions and updates as they come up. You can revisit this content as often as you need...and with subsequent pregnancies.
What sort of feeding plan does this course endorse?
This course isn't about following any set plan other than your own! I am here to help give you the knowledge you need to understand how breastfeeding works, and how to set yourself up for success. I will provide the information, skills and tools you need and see your plan through.
Can I get additional help if I need it?
Yes! You will be able to contact Krystal with any questions you may have about the course during the weekly calls. You can also utilize the Facebook Group! If you would prefer a private session you can book those in addition to the course at a discounted rate.
Is Coaching Included?!
Yes! You will get weekly access to our weekly support group calls! These calls function as a prenatal support group and carry on after your baby is born and become a support group for breastfeeding and all things Mom...so you can rest assured that all questions you have now and in the future will be answered.

I am 100% confident in this course...and have all kinds of bonus content to add. This is our first recording and it will only get better.
Due to the online nature of the course, once you have accessed the course portal and downloadable materials no refund will be given.
